Adam Hilliard has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Adam started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Levolor. During their time there, they provided assistance to consumers and retailers, handled a high volume of calls, and received recognition as the "Employee of the Quarter" in 2009.
In 2011, Hilliard joined Newell Brands as a Testing Coordinator before transitioning to the role of IT Leader in 2012. As an IT Leader, they led the SAP Quality Assurance (QA) team, managing multiple applications and processes. Adam also served as the main point of contact for SAP global change control management. In their previous role as a QA Technical Analyst, they provided support for software testing in various implementation projects, delivered comprehensive documentation, and handled frontend and backend support for applications such as SAP Solution Manager and Quality Center.
Hilliard joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2020 as a Data Analyst, where they played a crucial role in supporting the migration from SAP R3 to S/4 HANA. Their responsibilities included extracting and analyzing data, troubleshooting data problems, and developing solutions to track and visualize team progress.
Adam also worked at Fulton County Schools in 2020 as an SAP Sr. Business Analyst, where they supported the implementation of SAP S/4 and the districtwide digital transformation. Their tasks included ensuring requirements were met through recommended solutions, configuring and administering the project's work item and test management tool, and participating in design sessions and testing phases.
Most recently, Hilliard joined iLAB in 2022 as a Software Quality Assurance Manager, where they oversee quality assurance activities.
Adam Hilliard attended The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "Design a Cloud Migration Strategy" from LinkedIn in June 2020, and "ITIL Foundation" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2016.
