James Templeton

James Templeton has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 at Harris Bank as a Senior Statement Processor until 2007. From there, they joined Midwest ISO as a Risk Management Intern in 2010. In 2011, they worked at ProTrans in various roles including Logistics Analyst, Business Analyst, and Business Intelligence before becoming an Operations Engineer in 2014. In 2015, they joined iLAB as a Software QA Analyst and progressed to Senior Software QA Analyst in 2017. In 2019, they were promoted to Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, and currently holds the position of Software Quality Assurance Manager since March 2023.

James Templeton received a Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) degree in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Finance from the same institution.
