Madhan Subramanian has a varied work experience spanning over several years. Madhan started their career in 1994 as an Analyst Programmer at SquareD Software, where they worked on various in-house projects. In 1995, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Module Leader. Subsequently, they worked at Verizon as a Development Team Lead, where they led a team of developers for multiple projects. In 1998, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as a Software Engineer before moving to AT&T, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer/Architect on a variety of applications in a multi-platform environment. In 2007, they worked at SunGard as a Sr. Software Engineer/Architect and then joined Echota Technologies in 2009 for the same role. In 2010, they worked at POWTEC as a Sr. Software Engineer/Architect, specifically on USDA Conservation applications. Madhan then joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2011 as a Sr. Systems Architect for USDA. Finally, in 2016, they joined iLabs Inc as the Chief Technology and Operating Officer, while also serving as an Enterprise Architect for USDA. Madhan continues to hold these positions.

Madhan Subramanian attended Annamalai University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. It is not specified when they started or completed their degree.
