Russ Dancho has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the beauty and supply chain industries. Russ is currently the President of iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc., a global beauty company specializing in development and supply chain services. Prior to this, they served as the SVP - Supply Chain at RoC Skincare and the SVP Global Supply Chain at Paris Presents Incorporated.
Before that, Russ was the Managing Director - Strategic Sourcing at LogicSource, Inc., where they were responsible for account management and business development for a sourcing and procurement services firm.
Russ also held several senior positions at Revlon and Elizabeth Arden, including SVP - Global Quality and Technical Services and Vice President - Commercialization and Technical Services. Russ was responsible for managing external manufacturing, global quality management, and sourcing and procurement at Elizabeth Arden.
Earlier in their career, Russ was the Executive Vice President and General Manager at Outsourcing Services Group, where they successfully led an operational turnaround at a major cosmetics contract manufacturer. Russ also served as the Practice Director at SEBER LOGISTICS CONSULTING and as the Vice-President/General Manager at LEGO GROUP - ASI/MODULEX, where they established and developed accounts for a Danish branding/signage company.
Russ's expertise extends to turnaround management, strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and global account development. Russ consistently demonstrated the ability to drive profitability and improve operational efficiency throughout their career.
Russ Dancho earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport from 1977 to 1981. Russ then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1981 to 1983. Following that, Russ completed an MBA program specializing in Finance and Operations at the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1983 to 1985.
