Shelley Sharkey

Shelley Sharkey has had a progressive career in Human Resources, starting as a Customer Service Trainer at MCI in 2000. Shelley then moved on to become a Human Resource Manager at Target in 2001 and later took on the role of Market Human Resource Manager at Walmart in 2006. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at Tri Gas & Oil Co., Inc. Shelley'smost recent positions include Sr US Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Director at ILC Dover starting in 2021.

Shelley Sharkey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Converse University in 2000. Shelley also obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in 2008 and SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2016.
