Christelle Barfleure

Christelle Barfleure has extensive experience in human resources and training within various organizations. Currently serving as a Conseillère en accompagnement professionnel and chargé de développement RH at Île-de-France Mobilités since December 2018, Christelle Barfleure is responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, identifying and formalizing training needs, and advising managers on HR matters. Prior to this role, Christelle Barfleure held positions such as chef service pilotage formations and dvt des compétences at Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours du Val-d'Oise, and chargé de mission développement et évaluation formations at Département des Hauts-de-Seine, among others. Academically, Christelle Barfleure holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from ESG Ecoles de commerce and a Master in Social Law from CY Cergy Paris Université.
