David Beretti

David Beretti is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines at ILEX-International since March 2021, specializing in cybersecurity software. Prior to this, David held the position of Directeur des talents at INGENIANCE, focusing on the banking, finance, insurance, and digital sectors from November 2011 to July 2020. As the founder of Search Place from May 2009 to October 2011, David specialized in recruitment brokerage and RPO. Additionally, David served as a Manager at RIVIERE Consulting, providing consulting and direct approach recruitment services from September 2004 to April 2009, and worked as a Consultant at ManpowerGroup between September 2002 and August 2004.
