Alyssa Snow

Alyssa Snow is an experienced instructional designer, media developer, and graphic designer currently working at Innovative Learning Group since September 2021. With over 20 years of expertise in technical writing, instructional design, and course development, Alyssa has a strong background in Instructional Systems Design & Development, focusing on curriculum development, eLearning creation, and training material support for various training needs. Alyssa has held key roles at multiple organizations, including Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Genentech, and the City of Portland, where responsibilities included developing interactive courseware, designing training materials, and utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Photoshop. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Grossmont College.
