Elizabeth Chiang

Elizabeth Chiang is a founder of Grow Your Wealthy Mindset, established in October 2020, where focus lies in empowering health care professionals to manage and invest their finances for enhanced wealth and financial freedom. Currently serving as an oculoplastic surgeon at Illinois Eye Center since October 2022, Elizabeth also has extensive experience as an ophthalmologist, having worked at ICE OPHTHALMOLOGY LLC and The MetroHealth System, among others. With a background that includes an MD and PhD in Neuroscience from Case Western Reserve University, Elizabeth also provides life coaching to help physicians combat burnout and achieve financial independence while enjoying their journey.
