Michael Ansani

Michael Ansani is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, real estate development, and construction. Currently serving as the Special Assets Manager at the Illinois Housing Development Authority since 2014, Michael monitors and coordinates the Qualified Contract Process, recommends policies, and oversees board resolutions related to various financial and operational aspects of housing development. Previously, as the Director of Real Estate for Agape Real Estate Group, Michael collaborated with city officials and stakeholders on urban projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and thorough due diligence. As the Chief Operating Officer of Alko Construction & Development for over 16 years, Michael led the acquisition, financing, and construction of a substantial number of residential and commercial properties, successfully managing diverse departments and significant project budgets. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Latin American Studies from Tulane University.
