Robert Gidley

Robert Gidley has over 16 years of experience in the field of systems engineering and technical support. Robert started their career as a Helpdesk Analyst/System Administrator at Empire Today in 2005, where they provided Level 2 support on Windows XP Pro and Cisco IP Telephones. Robert then worked at Aspen Marketing Services as a Technical Support Technician from 2007 to 2011, setting up and maintaining Windows and Mac machines. Robert later moved on to Material Sciences Corporation in 2012 as a Network Administrator, handling Citrix environment support for over 250 end-users. Robert then transitioned to Turano Baking Company in 2014, where they set up a Hyper-V infrastructure, managed 150 servers, and implemented a shared storage environment. From 2018 to 2021, Robert worked at CSL Behring as a Systems Engineer II, managing thousands of Windows servers globally. Currently, Robert serves as a System Engineer and Technical Lead at Illinois Housing Development Authority since 2021.

Robert Gidley completed a Bachelor's degree in Network Management from DeVry University from 2000 to 2004.
