Tak Louie Aia

Tak Louie AIA, LEED AP BDC is a seasoned professional in architecture and construction services, currently serving as the Manager of Architecture and Construction Services at the Illinois Housing Development Authority since April 2016. With prior experience as Sustainable Design Leader and Project Manager at Antunovich Associates, Tak has successfully managed diverse projects, including significant mixed-use developments and LEED-certified residential buildings. Tak has also held notable positions at Perkins + Will, contributing to large-scale transportation and hospitality projects, and has directed numerous projects at MRSA Architects. An advocate for sustainable design, Tak has administered LEED certifications for over 20 projects across various categories. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Physics from Binghamton University.
