Carlos Jarrin

Carlos Jarrin is a multilingual professional with extensive experience in information technology project management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Illinois Tollway since May 2023, Carlos previously held the role of Senior Executive IT PMO at the Chicago Transit Authority from February 2019 to May 2023, overseeing IT programs and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Carlos founded JWE Consulting, providing independent program and project management consultancy from August 2008 to January 2019. Additionally, Carlos led the Project Management Office at Loyola University Chicago, managing a team of project managers and coordinating a large portfolio of university projects. Carlos holds an MBA in Management and International Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, an Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Loyola University Chicago.
