Grant Zallis

Grant Zallis is the Founder and CEO of Illuma Search Partners, an executive search firm focused on high growth technology companies. Previously, Grant served as Group Vice President of Operations at InContext Solutions and as Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Frontier Strategy Group. Grant also held positions at Penn, Schoen and Berland, where Grant played a key role in growing the firm from 80 to over 200 employees. Grant holds a BA in Political Science and History from The George Washington University.
