Tal Shank

Tal Shank is currently the SVP of Corporate Development at illumigyn. Prior to this, they were the Deputy CEO and Legal counsel at Speech Modules from January 2014 to December 2015. From January 2009 to June 2014, they were a partner and head of the commercial department at Guy, Bachar & Co. Law-Offices. Tal has also worked as a lawyer in the commercial and tax departments at Cohen, Cohen, Yaron-Eldar & Co. Law Office from January 2004 to December 2006 and as a legal intern at FBC - Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co from January 2003 to December 2004.

Tal Shank has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tel Aviv University in the field of strategy and entrepreneurship, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in commercial law from the same school. Tal also has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University in the field of law.

Tal Shank reports to Moshe Shtengel, CEO. They are on a team with Noam Amir - Legal Counsel, Ella Shoushan - VP, HR, and Hillegonda Groen - Chief Marketing Officer.
