Teri Kaslow

Teri Kaslow serves as the Head of Data and AI at Illumina since January 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in data and analytics leadership. Previously, Teri held the position of Chief of Data & Analytics and Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from March 2022 to December 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Consumer & Provider Analytics at Optum, where Teri drove the use of consumer and provider data to enhance pharmacy services, and multiple senior roles within Optum focused on consumer analytics and data strategy. Teri's earlier experience includes executive roles at Deluxe Corporation, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, FICO, Target, and Fingerhut, showcasing a strong background in statistical modeling and decision science across various industries. Teri holds a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from St. Olaf College, and has completed executive education at Stanford University.
