Michael Bommarito

Michael Bommarito, MPH, RD, is a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in providing nutritional care across various healthcare settings. Currently at Illuminate HC since July 2022, Michael focuses on planning and organizing nutritional care for over 100 patients while conducting training sessions for healthcare staff. Simultaneously, at Healthcare Services Group, Inc, starting in November 2021, Michael assesses nutritional conditions and provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for over 160 patients, also developing analytics reports to enhance nutrition-related outcomes. Previous positions include a Dietetic Internship at Henry Ford Health and a Program Coordinator role at Michigan Dining, where menu creation and dietary preference consideration were key responsibilities. Michael holds a Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.
