Rob Warren

Rob is a physician leader with a diverse and exciting background. He has enjoyed a successful career in health care ranging from academic medicine and managed care to private practice. As a board certified Family Physician, he has had the pleasure to serve in leadership roles for ambulatory, emergency and hospital settings.

In addition to serving as the Medical Director for Illumination Foundation, he is Medical Director and Professor in Family Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Rob is a leader in the movement to improve the health care system in the United States and believes that patients should be central to all innovations.

Rob has an entrepreneurial spirit and is constantly developing ways to create value for patient’s health and wellbeing. He believes that through innovative use of technology, collaborative team-based care, and a patient-centered approach they can improve health care in the United States.

He received a BA in Social Ecology from UCI and attended Western University of Health Sciences for Medical School before completing his Residency at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center. Rob also holds an MBA from the Merage School of Business at UCI.
