Chris Clarkson

Chris Clarkson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chris is currently working at Illumio as the Director of Global Partner Engineering. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Solutions Engineer - EMEA Alliances at Illumio. Before joining Illumio, Chris worked at SecureAuth Corporation as the Lead Solutions Engineer (EMEA) from 2020 to 2022. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Lead Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at BeyondTrust, where they were responsible for driving growth, managing RFIs/RFPs, and securing major enterprise accounts. Prior to that, they worked at SCC as the Principal Network Security Consultant from 2010 to 2014, where they supported sales and business development teams and provided technical network security consultancy. Chris also has experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Ricoh IT Services, an IP Network Engineer at Ericsson, a Network Systems Engineer at DXI Networks, a Technical Support Engineer at Metrodata, a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer at Hogg Robinson, and a Systems Support Engineer at Synstar.

Chris Clarkson attended Synstar Computer Services from 1997 to 2000, where they studied BTEC Computer Systems and Hardware. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Cisco and HP, including CCNA, CCNP, HP Enterprise Networking MASE, and HP Networking AIS + ASE Network Security.
