Kathleen Swift

Kathleen Swift is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategies across multiple technology and telecommunications companies. As Chief Human Resources Officer at BOLD, Swift was responsible for global HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, facilitating organizational expansion into new countries and integrating acquisitions. Previous roles include SVP of Human Resources at Silver Peak and various VP positions at companies such as Ruckus Wireless, Complete Genomics, and Extreme Networks, where Swift successfully managed HR functions during periods of growth and transition.
