Matt Parsons

Matt Parsons has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Director of Information Technology at Illumio since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Apttus as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations from September 2017 to July 2019. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Manager of End User Services at Stanford Health Care, where they engaged with vendors to select and design support for next-generation end user devices. Matt also worked at Accenture as the End User Devices Team Lead and later as the Manager of Field Services, where they were responsible for device selection, supporting BYOD infrastructure, and supervising a Tier 1 support team. Earlier in their career, they were the System and Network Administrator at the Pacific School of Religion, leading a team responsible for computer and network maintenance. Matt began their career as the Service Department Manager at Fry's Electronics.

Matt Parsons obtained a Bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Matt also holds a CCNA certification from Cisco.
