Javier Valle Goyanes

Javier Valle Goyanes possesses extensive experience in management and strategic development across various sectors, currently serving as General Manager of Illy Iberia since March 2022 and as CEO of Magic, a coffee machine manufacturer owned by the Illy Group. In addition, Javier co-founded FIELD AGENT España, utilizing crowdsourcing and mobile technology to deliver actionable data for decision-making. Previous roles include Revenue & Category Growth Director for Diageo in Southern Europe, General Manager for JUUL Labs in Spain, and significant positions at L'Oréal, overseeing operations in Italy, Portugal, and Mexico. Javier's career also includes key roles at Yoplait and The Coca-Cola Company. Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed several executive development programs.
