Jeffrey Shu

Jeffrey Shu is a seasoned professional in product development, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Technician at ILNA Inc. since July 2015, following an earlier role as a Product Development Technician. Prior experience includes a position as a Product Specialist at Renfro Corporation from January 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities included analyzing products, creating specifications for quality development, leading the Sock College Program for technical training, providing technical advice, and offering feedback on vendor resources. Jeffrey began a career in customer service with roles as a server and cashier at Ginza Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar and Tokyo Express, respectively, gaining valuable communication and multitasking skills. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology from North Carolina State University.
