Samia Kazmi currently serves as the Revenue Enablement Manager at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management, where responsibilities include managing learning professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective training resources. Prior to this, Samia held various roles at TouchBistro, such as the Manager of Customer Success Enablement, focusing on coaching teams and creating impactful training programs. Samia’s background also includes significant experience in service design management and learning development in organizations like Employment Ontario Peel Region and BMO Financial Group. Academically, Samia is pursuing a Master of Education in Online Teaching & Learning at the University of Toronto, alongside qualifications in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Human Geography.
