Angélica Madalosso

Angélica Madalosso started their career as an intern at the Câmara Municipal de Porto Alegre in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Angélica then worked at POP3 Planning as an Atendimento from November 2007 to June 2008, where they were responsible for client management and event organization. After that, they worked at Editora Versatille as a Public Relations from June 2008 to June 2009. In 2011, they joined ComFoco Endomarketing as an Executiva de Atendimento em Endomarketing and served various roles, such as Executiva de Contas and Assistente de Atendimento, until March 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at HappyHouse as an Executiva de Atendimento em Endomarketing, where they managed internal communication and endomarketing for GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes and Grupo JBS. Angélica then joined GRU Airport - Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo as an Analista de Comunicação Interna Sênior from September 2016 to April 2017. At HappyHouse, they returned as a Coordenadora de Projetos Especiais e Employer Branding from April 2017 to January 2021. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of ILoveMyJob, a company specializing in employer branding, talent attraction, and career transition solutions since February 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of 1ª Vice-Presidente at Associação Brasileira de Employer Branding - ABEB since May 2022.

Angélica Madalosso has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Angélica then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2011 to 2016. In 2016 and 2017, Angélica earned an Especialização (Specialization) in Planejamento de comunicação e gestão de crises (Communication Planning and Crisis Management) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização (Postgraduate Lato Sensu - Specialization) in Digital Marketing at Escola Conquer.
