Tim Bartholomew

Tim Bartholomew has extensive experience in the mining and resources sector, having held various roles at Iluka Resources since July 2007, including General Manager positions focused on resource development, strategic planning, and rehabilitation. Tim is accountable for the planning and execution of rehabilitation activities across multiple sites in Australia and the USA, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, closure strategy development, and financial provisioning for rehabilitation liabilities. Prior roles at Peabody Energy and Muswellbrook Coal Company involved mine management, feasibility studies, and technical support, while early career positions included engineering roles at Henry Walker Eltin Land & Environment. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of Ballarat, a Graduate Diploma in Energy and Resource Law from the University of Melbourne, and has completed management courses through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
