Bob Lee, MBA, has over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. As the Chief Financial Officer at Ilumno, they led the company restructuring and M&A initiatives, focusing on strengthening the capital structure and enhancing profitability. Prior to this, Bob served as the VP of Finance and CFO at Grupo Phoenix, where they successfully closed multiple acquisitions and increased company revenue. Bob'sexperience also includes roles at Newell Rubbermaid, Cargill, and other companies, where they demonstrated a strong track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Bob Lee, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, obtained from 1978 to 1982. Bob pursued a Post Graduation in Finance and Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1985-1986. In 1986-1988, Bob completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Computer Applications in Business from Nova Southeastern University. Bob further enhanced their skills with Executive Education in various fields like Strategy, Marketing, HR, and Finance updates from the University of Michigan in 1991 and Business Administration from The Wharton School in 2010. Additionally, Bob obtained a certification in Guiding Business Decisions from Corporate Executive Board in 2012.
