Wayne Bos

Wayne M. Bos serves as the Executive Chairman of Progility plc since September 2013, overseeing project management and technology solutions, including systems integration, eLearning, consulting, and recruitment. Additionally, Wayne holds the position of Chairman at Starkstrom, ILX Group plc, and Minergy Corporation, the latter focusing on waste-to-energy solutions. Wayne has been the Chairman of Communications Australia and previously chaired the Ansett Flight Simulator Centre from 2004 to 2012. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and Director at Natrol Inc. and as a Director at Dama Equities and Bourse Data. Since 2000, Wayne has been involved in private investments across various sectors including telecommunications, software, healthcare, and waste-to-energy.
