Crystal Hill, LPN, CPDM, ARM has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Crystal started their career as a Nurse Case Manager at Careworks USA in 2007 and later became an Absence Management Supervisor, overseeing disability and workers' compensation programs. Crystal also handled Utilization Review for employers during their time there. In 2009, Crystal joined American Electric Power as a Leave Specialist before moving on to Thirty-One Gifts in 2013. At Thirty-One Gifts, they served as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist and later became the Total Absence Management Manager, responsible for developing and managing the leave of absence program. In 2016, Crystal joined Amazon where they held various roles, including Principle Workers Compensation Manager and Managed Care Program Manager. Crystal also served as the Regional Workers' Compensation Manager and oversaw workers' compensation claims. Currently, Crystal is working at The IMA Group as the Director of National Accounts and as the Vice President of Account Management Payer Services starting in August 2023.
Crystal Hill has a Technical Degree in Practical Nursing from Hocking College, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Crystal also has a Diploma in College Prep from New Lexington High School, completed from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Crystal has an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ashworth College. Crystal has earned the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes in 2022, and they are a RIMS Professional Member since August 2018. Crystal has also completed the Certified Professional Disability Manager program from the Insurance Education Association.
