Stephen Vaccaro

Stephen Vaccaro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephen started their career at Glen Ridge Country Club as a Golf Caddy from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they worked at Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Fire Marshall. In 2012, they briefly served as an Administrative Support at Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims.

From 2013 to 2014, Stephen worked as an Assistant Coach/Instructor at TGA Premier Junior Golf, where they provided golf instruction to children and ensured their safety during lessons.

In 2014, they joined Mediacom Communications and held various positions. Stephen started as a Field Support Center Representative, then became a Field Support Center Associate and Technical Operations Reporting Analyst. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Technical Business Analyst, responsible for business intelligence management and data validation. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they served as a Manager of Data Analytics: Financial Operations, overseeing Tableau business intelligence solution and leading the business analyst team. During their tenure, they received a National Bronze Award for Business Innovation.

Currently, Stephen Vaccaro is employed at The IMA Group as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis since December 2021. In this role, they lead and manages the Financial Planning and Data Warehousing Team while providing guidance on data best practices, financial planning, and cloud technologies. Stephen also mentors and supports the analyst and development teams.

Stephen Vaccaro attended Loyola University Maryland from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In 2012, they also briefly attended Monash University. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Glen Ridge High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Stephen obtained a certification in Intrapreneurship Academy from The Cable Center in April 2019.
