Rick Gilmartin

Rick Gilmartin has a wide range of experience in the mortgage servicing industry. Rick is currently working as the FVP - Account Management at Fay Servicing, LLC since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a business owner at IMAGE Studios® since August 2022. From December 2021 to August 2022, Rick served as the Executive Vice President/Servicing at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. Rick had a long tenure at BBVA USA from December 2018 to November 2021, where they held the position of SVP, Director Mortgage Servicing & Investor Reporting. Rick also worked at Mr. Cooper, where they held various roles such as Senior Vice President - Champion Mortgage, SVP – Call Center / Portfolio Collections / REO & Head of Loan Acquisition / Servicing Transfer Team, and SVP – Call Centers (Collections / Loss Mitigation) → SVP Loan Administration → SVP Default, from 2004 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked as Director at Option One Mortgage and Collections Site Manager at Greentree Servicing. Rick started their career as an Operations Support Manager at Banc One Financial Services Inc. in 1997.

Rick Gilmartin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Excelsior University. Rick subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Essentials of Finance and Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business.
