Kate McMillen, MSOD, obtained a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Global Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Kate McMillen has obtained several certifications. Kate achieved an Employer Brand Strategist certification from Ph.Creative in November 2022.
