Kristin Caretti is a seasoned operations professional in the dental industry with a strong focus on team development and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Operations and Regional Coach of Operations at Imagen Dental Partners since April 2022, Kristin collaborates with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and provides essential training in coaching, communication, and leadership. Prior to this role, Kristin worked as Regional Operations Manager at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. from March 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included training regional and office managers and overseeing multi-unit management. Kristin began the career at SVS Vision as Office Manager from September 2011 to March 2015, excelling in customer service and exceeding sales goals, which contributed to the office being recognized as office of the year.
