Dylan O'Connor has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries. Dylan started their career in 2006 as a Lifeguard at the Village of Weston, where they eventually became the Aquatic Center Manager. In 2011, they also worked as a Public Safety Adjunct Instructor at Northcentral Technical College.

In 2014, Dylan joined the SOUTH AREA FIRE & EMERGENCY RESPONSE DISTRICT, where they held various roles such as Firefighter/Paramedic, Engineer/MPO, Lieutenant, Captain, and eventually Battalion Chief. Dylan served in these positions until 2019.

Starting in 2015, Dylan worked as a Critical Care Paramedic at Ascension until 2017. Dylan then joined Aspirus Health as a Critical Care Paramedic and later transitioned to the role of Flight Paramedic. Dylan worked at Aspirus Health until joining ImageTrend in 2023.

In addition to their roles in emergency services and healthcare, Dylan also worked as Captain - EMS and Firefighter/Paramedic at RIVERSIDE FIRE DISTRICT from 2020 to 2022.

Currently, Dylan is serving as a Client Services Educator at ImageTrend.

Dylan O'Connor's education history begins with the completion of an Associate's degree in Paramedic from Northcentral Technical College in 2011. Following this, Dylan obtained a Technical Certificate in Emergency Medical Services Leadership from the same institution. Dylan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fire & Emergency Response Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which is expected to be completed in 2022.

In addition to these academic achievements, Dylan has obtained several certifications in various areas related to fire and emergency response.
