Kristina McNeff

Kristina McNeff is the global head of legal at Imaginable Futures. She oversees all aspects of legal support for the Imaginable Futures investment teams.

Kristina has more than twenty years of combined international legal and programmatic experience, with a focus on transaction support, governance, compliance and ethics. Prior to joining Imaginable Futures, Kristina was a program officer at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, where she oversaw a $50 million grant facility focused on promoting environmentally and socially responsive infrastructure in the Amazon Basin. Earlier in her career, Kristina served as assistant general counsel at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a US government corporation, where she provided advice with respect to the development, implementation and evaluation of the agency’s foreign assistance portfolio in Africa, Asia and Central America.

Kristina has also worked as compliance director with EcoAdvisors Inc., where she provided international transaction and compliance advice to corporate and family foundations; as deputy general counsel to Universal Service Administrative Company, the non-profit permanent administrator of the $10 billion Universal Service Fund; and as legal advisor to the Global Conservation Fund at Conservation International. Kristina started her career as an international project finance associate in an international law firm.
