John Richardson

John is responsible for leading the legal and patent team within Imagination. He also has responsibility for company secretarial and compliance across the organisation with a particular focus on helping to deliver our corporate governance objectives and supporting our Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Imagination in 2017 he held General Counsel roles in both public and private equity backed companies, driving business efficiencies and leading M&A and commercial activities with his extensive experience in software and outsourcing sectors.

He has a background in corporate and commercial law and is a qualified solicitor having spent his early career in private practice in London. He holds an MA from Cambridge University.
