Moti Segal

Moti Segal has been working in the industry since 1976. Moti began their career at Strauss Group, where they held the role of Research and Development Director, Health and Wellness Division, Manager of Research and Development and Quality Assurance, Chief Technologist and Quality Assurance Manager, and Development and Laboratory Manager. In 2020, they moved to Imagindairy Ltd, where they currently serve as Head of Dairy Applications.

Moti Segal obtained a B.Sc in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1973, followed by an M.Sc in Applied Microbiology from the same institution in 1976.
