Bill Harper

William Harper is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Tamarack Institute for Community Engagement, William has also held the role of Vice-President, Finance & Operations at Imagine Canada since May 2012. As President of William Harper Associates Inc., established in 2003, William provides consultancy services to strengthen organizational structures and improve efficiency for associations and charities. Additionally, William co-founded EDLink, a global community for non-profit Executive Directors. Prior positions include Co-Director of Finance & Financial Development at Primate's World Relief and Development Fund and Board Chair at BRANDS FOR CANADA. With a background that includes significant roles at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Ernst & Young, William holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant.
