Behrad Javed

Behrad Javed has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Behrad started their career as a Summer Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in 2008. Behrad then worked as a Derivatives Trader at TransMarket Group LLC from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Behrad joined the United States Department of Defense as a Consultant. Behrad worked there until 2012 and then joined CrossBoundary LLC as an Associate from 2012 to 2013. Behrad then worked at McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate in 2014. In the same year, they co-founded From:Earth and served as a Co-Founder until 2015. Behrad returned to McKinsey & Company as an Associate from 2015 to 2017 and later as an Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Impact, where they have held the positions of Head of Operations & Product from 2019 to 2021 and Head of Operations since March 2021.

Behrad Javed attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Afterwards, they pursued further education at The Wharton School from 2013 to 2015, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
