Nikie Torio has over 14 years of experience in account management and customer support roles. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning since July 2009, Nikie created the ILE Support Forum, the company’s first online repository for support discussions and knowledge sharing. Prior experience includes working as an Information Systems Support Specialist at John Mullen & Co. from April 2007 to July 2009, providing IT support and training, and a brief role as a Front Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Robert Half in early 2007. Nikie holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
