Shawn Toler

Shawn Toler serves as the Executive Vice President at Imagine Schools, overseeing a network of seven charter schools across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, and leading a diverse regional team to support over 3,000 students. Prior to this role, Shawn held positions as Regional Vice President and Regional Director, demonstrating a progressive leadership trajectory within the organization. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Education For All, LLC, Shawn provides coaching and consultancy services to educational institutions. Previous experience includes principal roles at Howard Road Academy Middle School and KIPP Ujima Village Academy, where Shawn focused on high academic standards and school culture. Education credentials include a Master's Degree in School Improvement/Administration from Goucher College and a Bachelor's of Science in English from Radford University.
