Joanna Sprau

Joanna Sprau is the VP, General Counsel at Imagine360 since January 2017. Prior to this role, Joanna held positions such as Assistant General Counsel and Manager of Contracts, Compliance & Appeals at the same company. Before joining Imagine360, Joanna was a Senior Regulatory Analyst at Independence Blue Cross from February 2016 to December 2016. Joanna also worked as a Regulatory Affairs Attorney at Executive Health Resources from October 2012 to February 2016 and as an Appeals Attorney at MAXIMUS from July 2009 to July 2012. Joanna has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Villanova University, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
