Julie Nelson

Julie Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience management and strategic partnership development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Experience at Imagine360 since July 2024, Julie previously held various roles at EBMS from 2004 to August 2024, culminating in the position of Director of Client Experience. Responsibilities included overseeing the quality of health, dental, vision, life, and other benefits for employers and their employees through third-party administrator coordination. Earlier career highlights include roles at First Interstate Bank as Assistant Branch Manager. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Finance from Presentation College, earned between 1999 and 2002, and completed secondary education at Wibaux County High School from 1995 to 1999.
