Yesenia Mora-Coffey

Yesenia Mora-Coffey has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as the Associate Director for South County & FQHC Partnerships at Imaging Healthcare Specialists since February 2021. Prior to this role, Yesenia held the position of Director of Performance Improvement & Operations at UC San Diego Health from September 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing Organ Quality Control and Quality Assurance compliance. An earlier role as an HR Analyst at UCSD Medical Center involved managing the implementation of Performance Management and Reward & Recognition Systems, alongside providing analytical support to the HR department. Yesenia began their career as an Office Manager in the Social Work Department at UCSD Medical Center before taking on various administrative roles. Yesenia holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, both from Fort Hays State University.
