Valerie Gharagouzloo

Valerie Gharagouzloo is a legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Imaginostics since September 2023, Valerie co-founded the company in 2018 alongside Dr. Codi Gharagouzloo, PhD. Prior to this role, Valerie was the Managing Partner at ArkSwan Legal, PLLC from June 2017 to October 2023, focusing on business immigration solutions. Valerie's career began with the establishment of an immigration law practice at JLG Immigration Law from January 2016 to December 2017, following initial experiences as a Law Clerk at Greater Boston Legal Services and internships at the Court Pénale Internationale and La Voix de l'Enfant. Valerie holds multiple advanced degrees in law and non-profit management from notable institutions including Northeastern University School of Law and the Institut catholique de Paris.
