Gennadiy Lyashenko

Gennadiy Lyashenko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gennadiy started their career in 1984 at the Institute of Mathematical Machines and Systems, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Project Leader. During this time, they designed and developed various applications and decision support systems related to emergency management and nuclear accidents.

In 1992, Gennadiy joined IMMSP Cybernetics Center, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as a Systems Analyst and Researcher. Gennadiy continued their research and analysis work in this role until 1997.

From 1997 to 1998, they worked as a Systems Analyst at ARCOMAC Plasma Processing Lab. In this role, they applied their analytical skills to the processing of plasma and related systems.

Gennadiy joined FP Electronics Ltd in 1999 as a Software Engineer and transitioned to Siemens Canada Limited in the same year. At Siemens, they served as a Senior Systems Analyst for over a decade. Their work at Siemens involved real-time software design, development, and maintenance, as well as network troubleshooting and communication between systems with different network protocols. Gennadiy also developed reusable libraries, provided software revision control, and conducted various software tests.

In 2010, Gennadiy moved on to work as a Database Administrator at The New Pathway Publishers. Gennadiy managed databases and ensured their smooth functioning until 2012.

Starting in 2012, Gennadiy worked at GL Research and Consulting as a System Analyst. Here, they utilized their IT consulting, research, and business intelligence expertise to develop technological solutions for real business challenges, using programming languages such as Python, C++, Angular JS, and Ruby.

In 2018, Gennadiy joined DataTeaser Systems Inc. as a Software Tester. Gennadiy was responsible for testing software applications to ensure their quality and functionality.

Gennadiy's most recent work experience is as a Software Developer at Imago Systems, Inc. starting in 2019. Gennadiy is currently involved in software development projects at the company.

Throughout their career, Gennadiy has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages, systems analysis, software development, and testing.

Gennadiy Lyashenko obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematical Modelling in the Environmental Protection from Odessa State Environmental University, where they studied from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1984, they pursued a M.Sc in Computer Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Gennadiy's education history also mentions a period at George Brown College and Kiev State University, although the specific years and degrees obtained are unknown. At Kiev State University, they focused on Computer Science within the Department of Computer Science and Automated Control Systems.
