Helena Grunstein

Helena Grunstein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Helena started their career as a Student Intern at the Institue of Supply Chain Management Central Indiana, where they conducted research and created decision matrices. Helena then worked as a Logistics Team Member at Target, where they managed customer orders and ensured compliance with safety procedures.

Helena also worked at the Internal Revenue Service, first as a Data Transcriber, where they transcribed tax forms with great attention to detail, and later as a Tax Examiner and Tax Examiner/Clerk, conducting research and amending taxpayer returns.

Helena then joined National Vendor as a Pricing Analyst, where they performed quality control on insurance claims, created pricing quotes, and researched items.

In their most recent role at Convey by project44, Helena served as a Revenue Operations Data Analyst. Helena automated sales pipeline reporting, created dashboards and reports in Salesforce, and improved tracking and sales performance through close contact with sales representatives.

Helena currently works as a Sales Operations Analyst at iManage.

Helena Grunstein obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Indianapolis between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as Looker Studio, Power BI Data Modeling with DAX, Power BI Essential Training, Tableau Beyond the Basics, Tableau Essential Training, Everybody's Introduction to Tableau, Intermediate SQL for Data Scientists, SQL Essential Training, and Top Five Things to Know in SQL in May and June 2023.
