Jhilum Basu

Jhilum Basu's work experience includes a role as a Marketing Automation Lead at iManage starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Specialist in Marketing Ops at Skillsoft from April 2020 to June 2022. Jhilum also worked as a Marketing Communication Associate at Meditab Software, Inc. from September 2018 to March 2020, and as a Marketing Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence from January 2017 to August 2018.

Jhilum Basu completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and International Business from Unitedworld School of Business between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Jhilum completed Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander and Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn in June 2022.
