Klaus Methner

Klaus Methner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Klaus began their career at Rieder Distillery in 1985 as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist. Shortly after, they joined DomGlass as a Shift Supervisor. In 1986, Klaus joined Istec Limited as an Engineering Technologist before finally joining IMAX, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Klaus started as a Camera Specialist in 1986 and eventually became a Manufacturing Supervisor, Manager of Manufacturing and Health and Safety, Director of Manufacturing Technology, and finally Senior Director of Manufacturing Technology and QMS & MFG Operations, which is their current role.

Klaus Methner completed a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Yorkville University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a program in EMP Strategic Management from DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, they obtained a Management Studies, Operations Management degree from Mohawk College from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, Klaus studied Mechanical Engineering at Mohawk College from 1983 to 1986.
