Judith Otaok

Judith Otaok is a Banking Executive at I&M Bank Uganda since September 2022, where responsibilities include attending to customer queries, resolving complaints, cross-selling bank products, and processing customer requests in accordance with bank policy. Additionally, Judith has served as a Customer Service Advisor at MTN Uganda since April 2019 and was previously a Sales Representative at Bima Insurance from June 2015 to December 2015. Judith holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Kyambogo University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
